The archetypal Renaissance Man, Leonardo da Vinci

He was a high-skilled scientist, artist, and inventor. His areas of interest included drawing, painting, sculpture, architecture, science, music, mathematics, engineering, literature, anatomy, geology, astronomy, botany, paleontology, and cartography.

As an artist, he is known for inventing the High Renaissance style and having painted priceless masterpieces such as the Mona Lisa and The Last Supper. He is widely considered one of the greatest painters of all time.

Born a bastard child, he was given no formal academic training but self-educated himself with his unquenchable curiosity and by taking on many challenges with his feverishly inventive imagination.

He conceptualized flying machines, a type of armored fighting vehicle, parachutes, concentrated solar power, an adding machine, and the double hull ship. Relatively few of his designs were constructed or even feasible during his lifetime.

Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.

When once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward, for there you have been, and there you will always long to return.

Painting is poetry that is seen rather than felt, and poetry is a painting that is felt rather than seen.

Where the spirit does not work with the hand, there is no art.

To develop a complete mind: Study the science of art; Study the art of science. Learn how to see. Realize that everything connects to everything else.d

Homeopaths with such an Integrative approach will be able to do holistic Healing much better than just Two dimensional, one person, one book, one-book system-oriented approach.

There is a story in Mundaka Upanishad that runs like this:

Once in a tree, there were two birds, one at the upper branch, serene, majestic and divine, and the other at a lower branch, restlessly pecking fruits, sometimes sweet sometimes bitter. Every time, when the restless bird ate a bitter fruit, it looked at the upper bird and climbed a branch up. This occurred a number of times and eventually, the bird reached the topmost branch. There it was not able to differentiate itself from the divine bird, and then it learned that there was only one bird in the tree, the upper bird, which is described as divine, the real form of the other restless bird.

A normal day-to-day personal and professional (practice) space contains eight hours.
The only time to shut out the world is when
  1. between two patients,
  2. After lunch those blissful spaces of your coffee and that alone walk, space.
  3. When you wake up and till you do your first activity
  4. when you exercise, do your fav hobby,
  5. when you take bath, or sit on the toilet,
  6. Driving, walking, cycling back to your home.
  7. Finally when you lie down and till you sleep.
That’s when a New solution, the solution to your problem case, with remedy, with follow-ups, with new ideas, will surface.
These are the Alone blissful spaces that bring you close to that inner silence where everything lies.

cat: then this is what we do all the time and thats why we call playing cats.

BIKE, BOOK, BREAKFAST BLISSFUL ALONE SPACE

Date: 20/02/22

THE OPTIMISTIC TELESCOPE IS ABOUT... MAKING CHOICE BETWEEN INSTANT GRATIFICATION VERSUS LONG-TERM DEEP INTEGRATIVE PLANNING,  QUICK FIXING VERSUS HOLISTIC LONG-TERM APPROACH. YOU KNOW WITH MY IDEA OF INTEGRATIVE HOLISTIC SYSTEMATIC LONG TERM APPROACH, THIS BOOK WAS A TREAT...

MISCHEL GAVE MORE THAN SIX HUNDRED KIDS AT THE NURSERY SCHOOL, CHOICE BETWEEN immediately gobbling up one of their favorite treat-a marshmallow, cookies, mint, or pretzel stick OR waiting for up to twenty minutes until an adult would return with a bigger payoff of two treats. decades later, Mischel discovered that the same kid who delayed gratification at a young age later achieved higher SAT SCORES and earned advanced degrees at higher rates.

so true in Homeopathic practice where we have two choices, get carried away with a quick short-term approach, methods and use long term, holistic integrative designer approach to heal.

The telescope OF HOLISTIC INTEGRATIVE HEALING, waiting till whole, right action, right remedy, right time for patient centeric advice  is the key.

BOOK, BREAKFAST, BIKE, AND BLISSFUL ALONE SPACE...

TODAY DID BIKE AROUND BANDRA AREA AND FOR BREAKFAST VISITED, 'BOMBAY COFFEE HOUSE'. AND BOOK WHICH I HAVE STARTED IS CHASING MY CURE, BY DAVID FAJGENBAUM. Story of a young doctor who, stricken with a rare, life-threatening disease, takes matters into his hand with total focus, finds a cure. A story of converting disease into a cure.  How to convert a tragic personal story into a story and provide a model that can be integrative Holistic method.

THIS IS WHAT I UNDERSTOOD TILL NOW WHAT I HAVE GONE THROUGH.

Hope can't be a passive concept.

It's a choice and a force; hoping for something takes more than casting out a wish to the universe and waiting for it to occur. Hope should inspire action.

And when it does inspire action in Integrative Holistic medicine which has the exact balance of art as science, Hope, and action, they can be harnessed to make that Hope a reality, beyond your wildest dreams.
