Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between your method and sensation method?

The question sounds like asking a question as “what is the difference between a mean for transport and a destination?”

Sensation method is one classic approach that offers a deep and holistic  understanding of an individual. it offers a deeper holistic healing for patients; also it has shown wonderful results in healing various chronic, deep rooted pathologies.

Our approach of case taking (case witnessing process) helps to have a best possible practical application of sensation method. Rather, it has helped to make the sensation method much easy to reproduce.

More so, this case witnessing helps to reach the deepest core of patient with any other method one wants to practice: be that essence method / genetic constitution / central core /traditional method to understand the patient.

This approach is scientifically derived and logically explained at every step. The process also provides solution to tackle difficult cases where patient is experiencing (his own) an obstacle from his own conscious self (knowingly or unknowingly) to travel deep within his own deeper self.

Besides, the key aspect of this approach lies in its flexibility, its designer’s appeal, a unique and individual approach for every individual being, respecting each patient’s nature, personality type, and unique energy pattern. Hence, we fondly name it a Designer’s and a Human centric case witnessing approach of case interview.

What is case witnessing process?

Case witnessing process is simple, scientific, intuitive and reproducible case taking method that helps to reach the deepest core of the patient from their symptoms until the source.

Its method is so scientific that after doing a case, you can explain how you followed your case even to a layperson. The next benefit is presenting your cases and the results with homoeopathic medications to the world of allopathic doctors gets easy for you as with each steps, logic are followed. It offers a thoroughly logical approach to follow at the same time it also creates the space for intuitive dimension for your patient as well as you so that your patient himself guides you to reach, touch and heal his altered pattern.

Why have you changed the conventional term case taking to case-witnessing process?

Again, there is no need to go by nomenclature. Instead of that let us understand the meaning of the word case taking and case witnessing. Case taking: is to take a case. But to witness anything means to receive it as it is, without any interpretation. Case witnessing identifies more with being unprejudiced case taking hence the change.

How is your case witnessing process (CWP) different from other case taking processes?

We believe that it is very important to guide the patient towards his centre in your dynamic presence; there is no point following your interpretation to understand your patient / to push the patient to talk as per your understanding. For the holistic healing to happen, there is a constant need to listen to the patient and allow him travel the journey towards his core himself. This is what we achieve with the help of CWP.

What are the X-Factors of Case witnessing Process?

The X-factor of CWP that provides a cutting edge over others are,

It is scientific and intuitive at the same time.

It is flexible and has a universal appeal: meaning a homoeopath from any system of belief can apply it with success.

It has a designer’s appeal for each patient : meaning it offers a unique and individual approach for every individual being

You can predict the flow of case taking, flow of patient management, potency selection and repetition during the case taking

And most vital of all is: CWP secures a possibility to bring a healing awareness for a patient during the interview itself. This can bring for the patient an awareness of his unresolved emotions, delusions, fears, and phobias. In the fraction of a moment, the patient understands the conflicting rattle of his mind and the experiences those rattle to go silent. He becomes “OK” with himself and everything around. At the end of this process, the patient feels much lighter, energetic and healthier.

What you mean by case witnessing process is flexible and it has a universal appeal?

The approach of case witnessing is very flexible and with a universal appeal meaning it offers the freedom to follow any approach that exists in the science of homoeopathy that you feel comfortable to practice: be that Essence approach / Genetic approach/ Sensation method/ traditional method. Hence, we call it a universal approach or a systemless-system. It just allows you to understand your patient at his holistic level with an ease.

Can you explain in brief what is passive, active and active-active case witnessing processes?

The case witnessing process is followed in these three steps:

1]The Passive case witnessing process is the first sensitive step. This step helps clear the conscious rattle of the patient and bring forth the spontaneous subconscious outpouring from the patient. This is done by allowing natural flow of the case without interrupting the patient. Here, we as physician passively listen to the verbal and non verbal fragmented individualistic expressions.

It is at this step that we come to know the Focus, the Level of experience (LOE), LOE expressed at what level, and type of defense (to protect their sensitive, deeper altered self) used by the patient. This step also aids to predict various aspects of further cases, such as which technique of the cwp to follow (in case of defense used by patient), WHAT & HOW to frame questions (in the next two steps), and which potency and in what repetition to follow.

2] The Active case witnessing process is the second step. It is a transition phase between the rest two. It aims at making the journey from the patient’s conscious self to his subconscious and beyond.

Rather, it serves as a check point, as well as a preparatory phase for the final journey towards the patient’s altered pattern. Here, we direct the patient away from his multidimensional talk towards a unidirectional talk. We as physicians also need to attune our mindset to uni-dimensional listening and move away from multi-dimensional listening

3] The Active-Active case witnessing is the last step and a grand finale. Here, at this stage, we now do not allow the patient to drift away into his conscious area. Here, all the isolated, scattered verbal and nonverbal expressions that spilled out during the Passive and Active stages are connected in one phenomenon. Our first aim here is to explore the complete altered pattern from the focus and then proceed further to explore the source itself. It is at this step that often allows the patient to experience the healing awareness right during his case interview.

The beauty of these three steps is that one gives way to the next so that the whole journey can be free of resistance. The scientific aspect of the first step effortlessly converts into intuition in the last step. The three steps are an inseparable part of each other. The steps are like a rainbow where the colours are separate, yet cannot be separated, as they emanate from one source.

I am not sure of success of the first interview with a new patient treating him with Dinesh's method and questions? Can I use my old method after trying at the beginning with Dinesh's method?

Yes. In the beginning, it’s quite possible to find it difficult to practice. But is it not true with anything new that we learn? When one learns to drive a car, initially, don’t he find it extremely difficult to handle clutch and break and accelerator and pay attention to rear window etc. etc.? It’s always after a persistent practice that he can drive at ease with success. One doesn’t give up driving after initial effortful attempt, does he? This journey of effortful intentions letting into effortless flow is true for the case witnessing approach as well. So never mind.

The whole aim behind case taking is to understand our patient and help them homoeopathically. The case witnessing process aims to take a step further, deeper and brings better holistic results for the patient. But, till you master this art, it is completely okay to stick to your original style of case taking and keep helping your patients homoeopathically.

Why there are so many schools in homoeopathy? As a beginner which system should I follow?

The foundation of homoeopathy is based on very simple principles of individualization and holism. With homoeopathic case taking, a homoeopath tries to understand the individuality of a patient at physical, mental and a deeper, vital level where the mind and body are connected. Actually all the different schools strive hard to do that in their own ways, giving their own nomenclatures the way they understand and follow the concept.

We have realised that, to began with, following a system-less system or a system with which you feel comfortable with helps; provided the system you choose helps you to understand your patient at the holistic level and to follow the deepest core of your patient. Our prime objective behind inventing case witnessing process was to come up with a systemless-system that is simple, scientific and reproducible. It helps to take the patients from their symptoms until their sensation, altered vital pattern and source with a relative ease.

Why instead of what Dr Hahnemann said and wrote in his books, should we follow the contemporary classical concepts of homoeopathy?

We must follow what Dr. Hahnemman taught for every cases of ours. Rather, that should always be the foundation.

We need to understand that by following the contemporary classical concepts of homoeopathy, we are not discarding all that Dr Hahnemann (the traditional concepts) has taught us. In a true science the contemporary never replaces the traditional one but it includes in it. Rather the contemporary views that have developed in the field of homoeopathy are just a further extension of the traditional concepts. They help us to apply the law of Individualization and Law of holism in its best possible way. And that is the reason, we have better result with various chronic as well as complex pathologies such as Autoimmune disorders, Psoriasis, Cancers, HIV, Hypertension, Diabetes etc . etc.

Dr. Hahnemann never stopped to evolve during his life time; he kept researching and adding more to what he already proved-hence there were six Organon of medicine and not just one. The result with homoeopathic treatment, failures and encounter with difficult pathologies helped him to evolve further at each stage of his life. After him, now it’s our time to take the lead, isn’t it?

The diseases never stops to evolve and so are the challenges offered as consequences of its evolution, hence there is a need for a healing science to grow and evolve to answer complexities and developing difficulties arouse out of that.

Is there any link between what Dr. Hahnemann’s teachings were and that of the contemporary classical homoeopathy?

Yes, it is definitely there. In homoeopathy to trace the individualistic expressions at local, general and mainly the deeper, vital level is essential. This is where all the traditional and the contemporary schools of homoeopathy are connected. The nomenclature given by different stalwarts may be varying but the meaning for all is to find out the individualistic expression at the holistic level be it the named “Vital force“ by Dr Hahnemann or “Essence” by Dr. Vithoulakas, OR “central state” by Dr M. L. Dhawale, OR “genetic constitution” by Dr. Vijaykar OR “the vital sensation” by Dr. Sankaran, so on and so forth.
